Storyline Published as a Video

I created a 9-slide storyline "video". When I publish as a video I'm losing the image at the beginning of the video, the audio plays fine. The second slide image appears with the audio like it should. Why is my first slide image not appearing at the beginning of the video? I put a blank slide in to test and yes, if I sit there for 4 to 5 seconds with a blank slide at the beginning, the "second" slide image and audio play just like they should. Any ideas what is happening? (I've attached the video below and removed/blocked company info).
