Storyline Quiz - Failure Not Recording in LMS

Is there another option that we can use for support. I am unable to load the materials due to privacy. Can we meet via Teams?

You can open a case with our support team here if you'd like to share your course materials in private. We'll take a look at your course there and we'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting.
Can I ask if you were able to test your course in SCORM Cloud? This will help us identify if the issue has something to do with the settings of your course, or if it is LMS specific.
