Thanks for noting this behavior!
I was able to replicate it when the player size was set to Set player to fill browser. After changing the player size to Lock player size to fit browser, I could scroll through all options in the tenth drop-down.
- Select Player on the top ribbon.
- Choose Other.
- Set the player size to Lock player size to fit browser.
Please give that a try and let me know how it goes!
