Storyline shutting down when previewing
My Storyline is shutting down each time I attempt to preview a single slide of a project I'm working on. The 'Preview Loading' box appears, and half-way through, it stops and shuts down. I've saved my work, then closed out of Storyline, but it continues to happen. I've tried previewing a scene, and it's happening then as well. I was able to preview my entire project after I close Storyline and reopen it. Is this happening to anyone else?
Yes me too ive tried uninstalling and re installing :(
I submitted a case for this same problem - According to the ticket there may be a fix on the way, but the only way I was able to resolve it immediately was to create a new Windows user profile. All is working well now.
