Storyline to Power BI?

Is there a way to tie quizzes within Storyline to Microsoft Power BI? I'd like to use Power BI to pull reports on the quiz scores and also ideally trigger actions (e.g., if a learner misses more than half of the questions, automatically alert someone to do follow-up coaching).
