Storyline video controls bar options

In one of the later versions of Storyline the controls bar of embedded video got changed. You now have the option of Dark or Light. But in contrast to the old video controls the new ones are bigger....

Hi guys,

Anyone to have it or to know a download link for Storyline 360 version 3.64.27845.0 - i.e. the version BEFORE Articulate changed the embedded video controls with the so-called "Accessible" controls? I have clients that need to do updates to their eLearning modules, however absolutely hate the new controls and do not wish to waste time and money to change the controls with external JS-based players. They wish the old embedded video controls that sit BELOW the video and do not hide and I cannot give them this unless downgrade to that version of Storyline. I've contacted Articulate support but they seem to be unresponsive and do not wish to provide me with a download link for that version and are stalling and asking me to send him recorded video for them to review and give me support when I'm explaining I don't need their support as the new controls are that way by design, I just need an older version of Storyline that's not available through the normal way of down-versioning - as they only have the last 6 versions there. I don't understand what is that gatekeeping of the older versions of Storyline?!?!?!

    It sounds like you were looking for a download link to access an older version of Storyline.

    I see that the community has been helping out and you've also opened a support case. Smart move! It looks like my colleague Philam was able to provide you with a link to use. Awesome!

      Thank you, Steven! Yes - last night the support person that was working on my ticket - Phil - got back to me with a link for download and I was able to download the file. I thanked him immediately and let him know that I will install on the morning and get back to him if I have a problem with the installer. He did warned me that the version had known bugs and that a lot had changed with Storyline since then and I assured him I'm aware of that, however there's nothing left for me to do - I just want keep my clients happy and am on a very short dead-line.
