Storyline video won't play in Rise
I published an animated scene created in Storyline as a video, embedded it in a Rise course, but it wont show up or even play. What am I doing wrong?

We just applied a quick fix for video blocks a moment ago. Would you mind creating a video block again with your video?

Hi Maia, unfortunately I can't view the image you shared yesterday. Would you mind uploading the screenshot as part of your reply here? There should be an Insert an Image button across the top, on the tool bar of the message box.
Are you still experiencing it up to now?
