Storyline vs Studio
HilcoKlinkert : I don't know of any articles that compare Storyline and Studio. Studio was the initial software from Articulate. It's based in PowerPoint. You can find out more about Studio here:
After Storyline was offered, the main reason to choose Studio was the ability to develop in PowerPoint. And also for the simplicity: the Presenter and Quizmaker parts of Studio are form-based, so they have pre-programmed interactions you can insert into the PPT.
Studio is slide based, like Storyline. The aspect ratio won't adjust based on the viewing device. So now, if you need the simplicity of form-based interactions, I think Rise is a better option, because it's also responsive.
In fact, Studio isn't even mentioned in the Products anymore. I don't know, but they may be phasing it out, perhaps because Studio doesn't work with the cloud-based version of PPT (at least, that's what I've read; I haven't used Studio since Storyline was released).
