Hi I have a handset and I need user to select three buttons in sequence to get it correct ....i have set it up with a sequence tracker variable where value = 0 so this is ok and working.

Withe the correct sound already working, maybe you can try to duplicate the trigger(s) and invert the conditions, so that the incorrect sound is played when the correct conditions are not met. Otherwise, you can always share the .story file (or screenshots of the page's trigger list) so that someone can have a closer look at the triggers.
