Strange lines in Storyline player
Hi,
I noticed that Storyline player has created some strange lines for my file when I am previewing the slides in Storyline. I tried to check the player settings, but didn't manage to remove the lines.
Previsouly when I uploaded the same storyline file to Rise360, everything was okey. These lines seems to appear differently for different files. When I check the files that I have previously published without the lines, then currently all of them appear with these lines in Storyline.
Hi Sandra, I guess those lines could be the image border that you've been using on the slides. Try to remove those lines by cropping the image and see if you can replicate the same issue. If the problem is still being endured, kindly share your .story file here.
