Storyline won't allow me to import content library elements to a project.
It starts to download, as in I get the progress bar downloading the slide, but at the end it pops up with the attached error message. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Articulate 360 but still get this error.
Any advice or support would be great.
I should probably clarify, that I can see all of the templates in the content library including slides, quizes etc etc. I can select the template and it starts to download but right before it finishes download (1 or so minutes) this error pops up and the slide to populate.
