Student course progress stuck and can't progress through the course
Hi
We have an issue occurring on the course tested in both Moodle and SCORM cloud and getting the same error. All participants progress is stuck on one quiz despite having completed other lessons...
Hi Info NBA! So sorry to hear that your learners get stuck when they get to a particular part of that course. Good to know that you've tested the course both in Moodle and SCORM Cloud and the behavior is the same.
Please open a case with us, so that one of our engineers can work with you one on one. You'll be asked to share your Rise course for testing and mention that you've also tested your course in SCORM Cloud.
