Subscription successful but getting error

We have subscribed for Articulate team.

However we are getting a pop up as please subscripe

    It looks like you've already sent someone an invite to join your team as a user. I took a look at the invite and can confirm that it hasn't been accepted yet which is why you are seeing the prompt in the screenshot. Please reach out to the user that you invited and ask them to accept the invite that was sent to their inbox so they can begin using Articulate 360. They may need to check their spam or trash folder to locate the invite.

    If your user didn't receive any invite, please open a case with our support team here for further assistance.
