Articulate 360: Managing Your Subscription

Wondering when your Articulate 360 subscription renews? Interested in adding AI Assistant? The Manage Subscription page can help you with that and so much more.

Go to https://id.articulate.com/redirect/account and sign in with your Articulate ID email address and password. (If you have subscriptions in both the U.S. and EU data centers, you’ll be prompted to select the region you want to sign into.) Click Manage Subscription on the left side of the screen.

To discover how to navigate the Manage Subscription page, start by determining whether you have an Articulate 360 Teams or an Articulate 360 Personal subscription. The two pages are shown below for reference:   

 

Articulate 360 Teams

Articulate 360 Teams members with primary and 360 admin permissions can perform the actions listed below on the Manage Subscription page.

  • View subscription details, including:
    • Subscription or team name
    • Subscription number
    • Renewal date
    • The number of creator licenses used, and the total licenses purchased
    • Account Owner email address

Note: Subscriptions purchased through global resellers display the authorized reseller’s email address.

Note: Subscriptions that haven’t tried Articulate Localization will display a Start a Trial button.

Articulate 360 Personal

Articulate 360 account owners can perform the actions listed below on the Manage Subscription page.

  • View subscription details, including:
    • Subscription plan name
    • Subscription number
    • Renewal date
    • Account Owner email address

Note: Subscriptions purchased through global resellers display the authorized reseller’s email address.

Note: Subscriptions that haven’t tried Articulate Localization will display a Start a Trial button.

 

AI Assistant Free Trial Access

When you sign up for a free 30-day trial of Articulate 360, AI Assistant is automatically enabled for your subscription. However, you or an admin can disable AI Assistant at any time by navigating to the account management console and selecting Manage Subscription. In the AI Assistant section, toggle the Free Trial setting. Confirm by clicking the Disable button in the pop-up screen that displays.

Note: The AI Assistant trial is active only for the length of your free trial, even if disabled. Existing customers who are eligible to try AI Assistant can get a 14-day trial by clicking the Start a Trial button.
