SVG geometry skewed - SVG, WMF and PNG comparison
Hi folks. I just have a quick question regarding SVG image imports (from Powerpoint).
Undoubtedly, SVG imports are super crisp and full of vectory goodness when imported into a Storyline file, tho...

Why does the geometry of the SVG file screw up so that the vector shapes are shifted (almost imperceptibly in large scale) but enough to look odd?
If this is a genuine question, and not a rhetorical rant, there is an answer. When you import SVG from PP, you are getting a bunch of individual objects that are grouped. what you describe is exactly what always happens when groups are resized. The SVG to PP to SL is an urban myth; you are still getting objects, not vectors. You can probably get better results exporting from the creating software as png, or even jpg, At least those can be resized.
