Template for Info Gathering with SMEs?

Hi Arzu and welcome to the community! 🎉 I wrote this article on Make Working with SMEs a Breeze with These 3 Downloads to help gather the info you need, depending on how much time your SME has. In that article, I think these 2 might be more relevant to what you're looking for:
The article walks through my process. I like to go through that process with SMEs. But for those who don't have much time to meet, I pull the questions I need and ask them to answer on their own timeline. It's better than having nothing. I hope that at least gives you a starting point or something to pull from. 🤞
