Here's the problem:
Groups don't play nicely (or predictably) with states and triggers.
I took Oval 1 and text Box 1, copied them, edited the states of Incorrect, and pasted the two of them on the normal state. I ungrouped them, and deleted them. I did the same for Correct. Then I moved them to the front of the timeline, and set their initial state to Hidden. I changed the triggers that show the correct and Incorrect layers.
At least it's predictable, and I think it does what you want.
