text on image
Hello,
when i choose the block "text on image" in Rise the text is only in a small area of the image. Is it possible to adjust the "textbox" wider?

Hi, i am also wanting to move text over to the right of a "text on image" slide in Rise.
Is it possible to request someone to program this function?

is there any update for this feature request? Can we align the image centered and apply on it. Currently its speared to full length of the screen and the meaning of using the BG graphic is lost as its responsive and hide some part in different devices
Hi there, SibaPrasad. Would using a labeled graphic work better for you? Your image won't be impacted by responsive cropping, and you can use the markers to include your call-out text.
whats the recommended size of the image goes under text on image option?

A very wide image with a 3:1 aspect ratio works well in a Text on Image block. You can also use the built-in cropping tool to select the area of the image you want to be displayed in that block!
This is an excellent solution! It would help to have a prompt for image specification recommendations included where users upload an image.
Looking forward to this. Being restricted to the left side using half of the image greatly diminishes the potential of this block.
I couldn't agree more, Patrick. I have had several ideal images with the "open" space on the right but am unable to use them - it seems to me this would be the easiest type of fix - Left, center, or right for the text. It's puzzling.
+1 to the requests above going back 4 years. I am creating a long e-learning and visually the text on an image is a nice break from multiple text next to an image sections. The ability to move and or adjust the text box would be incredibly useful.

We no longer use this block type.
We have switched to using regular paragraph Text blocks, and use an image as the block background. It gives you a lot more control.
