Text spacing in tables

I am having trouble with text spacing in tables where some of the text is spaced differently in the cell to others cells (see attached) everything is top aligned and I have tried pasting into n...
Try deleting from the ‘c’ in continue back until it is against the ’s’ in days so there is no spacing. Then hold shift and press enter/return to make a line break instead of a paragraph break.
