Theme Export/Import Functionality
This is most likely a feature suggestion.
Having the ability to export and import theme settings would be incredibly useful. It allows users to quickly kick off new projects without having to manually recreate or duplicate previous setups, ensuring consistency across designs. This feature would be especially helpful in maintaining brand guidelines and visual coherence across multiple projects.
Additionally, exporting themes makes it easier to share design foundations with team members. Instead of spending time explaining or replicating styles, one can simply share the exported theme file, enabling seamless collaboration and alignment across the team. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of inconsistencies and errors.

Granted it's not as slick as Export/Import, but there is a straightforward process to share RISE themes.

I don't see an easy way to "apply" the theme if using AI Assist to create a new course.

How do we upvote this enhancement?
Hi PatrickOBrien-8,
Great question! The best way to “upvote” a feature is to send it through our Feature Request Form. Each submission goes directly to our product team and helps us track interest and prioritize what to build next.
I also went ahead and shared your request with our product team so they’re aware of how important theme export and import would be, especially when creating new courses with the AI Assistant. For now, the best workaround is to duplicate a course that already uses your preferred theme or share it within your team library to reuse the design.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and ideas. It really helps us shape future improvements.

EricSantos I found my way here through various guides and articles for this same issue! It seems nonsensical that we can't customize and save a brand-specific theme to then apply to all materials. We have been duplicating courses as a workaround when building from scratch, but a proper solution to apply a branded theme is needed. Especially if we wish to start using the AI course generator in any creation workflows.
