I updated Storyline due to the latest release. I then attempted to open a file I had been working on just previous to this release and now I receive the error message - "This project is invalid or...
Glad to hear that you were able to recover your file Sri!
Unless we get down to the bottom of what caused your corruption, it would be difficult to say what the long-term solution would be.
I would advise that if you run into any difficulty again that you work directly with our support team so that we can try to identify the root cause of the issue.
At the same time, I'm sure we all hope it does not happen again to warrant this need.
