Timeline and Video doesn't match on the leson published on LMS

Hello Ashley, sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice you answered me.

The video is inserted "from file" and I'm using the player' seekbar, the point is that it happens "sometimes" not always on the same slide and not on every browser, but mostly on Google Chrome or Mozilla, not at all on M.Edge, instead.

We noticed that it happens especially if you starts the presentation and leave the browser on background, making other operations at the computer.

We experience even another problem sometimes, some users cannot see the html5 scorm on latest versions of IE, and need to set the compatibility with our website and older versions of IE.

Do you think these two issues are related? Can the problem be depending from the LMS? Or the used scorm version (2nd, 2004)?

I'll try Scorm Cloud in the meanwhile and check if these things happens even there,
