Timeline and Video doesn't match on the leson published on LMS

Sorry yes, I used Storyline 360, don't know even why i wrote "2"...
It actually happens not only on my computer, myabe it can depends from the internet connection or provider...
I gave a gllimpse to the file on Review and it actually happen again...I'll try to make a video to show you what's goin here....
