To publish or not
I want to share the Rise modules with my learners (no tracking required). Do I (a) share via review from the link generated from Rise 360 or (b) should I publish first, and then generate the shareable link from Review 360?
I do not need my learners to provide any feedback. Thank you

Hi,
You would only Export / Publish a course if you were going to host the course within a LMS.
If you are using the Share link, there is no reason to Export / Publish a course.
Hello APAC Endo!
I also want to add that both options, using a Share Link or hosting in Review 360, wouldn't be long-term hosting options as they don't track progress and require learners to start a course from the beginning. If you have a large audience and would like the course to be viewed for an extended period of time, we'd recommend hosting the course on your own web server.

Can you use a "share link" to one of the Articulate-created Rise courses? If so, do your learner have to be Articulate subscribers?

Hi Brian!
Viewers of the course don't need to be Articulate subscribers to view a share link.
You can share the course using a Preview Link or you can publish the course to Review 360. Here are instructions on how to share content published in Review 360.
You might also want to check out this link that has information on the different ways you can share your content with learners.
