I haven't see this error message before, but it appears to be related to your computer's capacity to display certain graphics.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are you able to replicate the behavior on other machines?
- Would you mind posting a quick summary of your computer's hardware specifications so I can compare it to some of the machines that I have access to?
- Does restarting your computer, which effectively closes are running processes and frees up memory on your machine, help address the behavior?
- Does your computer meet Storyline 360's recommended system requirements?
- Have you tried testing the behavior on other browsers?
- Does clearing the browser's cache help?
