Maybe using Rive for Touch-enabled content is a solution ;-)
I haven't heard of Rive. Thanks! I'll take a look and post if I find anything.
I've also been looking into "Pannellum" for 360 tours as it's open source:

If it works with touch commands, we may be able to embed as a web object into SL360.
