Track using quiz result -multiple quizzes in a rise course?

Wow!!!

Is Rise 360 only 9 days old - not 9 years old?

This is the kind of functionality that should have been provided in Rise from the start and here we are, 9 years in, and numerous IGNORED complaints, and nothing has been done about it.

I'm so annoyed because I really need to publish a course that is responsive and yet Rise is still half baked after 9 years. 

I need my course to have quizzes at stages throughout the course because quizzing everything at the end is not conducive to good knowledge retention and I obviously don't want to add all of the questions again in one huge test at the end of the course just so they can be tracked.

I also need people to be able to move on to other content and come back to the quiz at a later date in order to retake if they fail the first time so I can't just block progress and track course completion.

This course is compliance based so I need it to be scored!
