I want to create a course for students using scenarios only. Ideally I would like to be able to track their ability, i.e. how many wrong answer attempts etc.
Is there any way to do this in Rise, or can it be done in storyline?

I understand that you'd like to know if we can track Scenarios in Rise.
For now, the Scenario block is an informal, ungraded interaction. I'll add your name to the request for a graded scenario question option.
And yes, this can be done in Storyline. Please refer to this link for an idea of how to do it.
