Transfer licence temporarily
Hi all. I have a user on long-term leave (User A), and a user who needs a licence (User B). We have 25 Enterprise licences for the business. So, I wanted to swap one Creator licence from User A to...
Unless you have a currently unassigned license seat to allocate to User B, the only way to swap the license from User A to User B, is to make User B the owner of all the Courses that User A is currently the owner of.
Also, I'd like to know whether anyone else has had this problem - did you solve it?
