Transfer of question bank from Account A to B
In our organization, we have two separate Articulate accounts. I want to move the question pools from one account to the other because Account 1 has 5 users and Account 2 also has 5 users, and there are multiple question banks that we cannot recreate.

It sounds like you're trying to transfer Question Banks between two separate Articulate 360 subscriptions!
I see that you've also opened a support case, and connected with my teammate Ian. As Ian shared, transferring Question Banks between separate Articulate subscriptions is currently not supported. However, we are tracking a feature request to introduce this functionality. We've included your voice in that request!
We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.
