Transfer licence temporarily
Hi all. I have a user on long-term leave (User A), and a user who needs a licence (User B). We have 25 Enterprise licences for the business. So, I wanted to swap one Creator licence from User A to User B for a few weeks. Apparently, we are allowed to do this up to twice per licence per year. However, I want to leave all of User A's content in place. Articulate insist that all of User A's content is moved to someone else if I remove the Creator licence. As User A has not left the team, I obviously don't want to move or remove any content. Does this mean that in practice, I can't actually transfer licences without destroying / moving the work of one of my users?
Unless you have a currently unassigned license seat to allocate to User B, the only way to swap the license from User A to User B, is to make User B the owner of all the Courses that User A is currently the owner of.

Also, I'd like to know whether anyone else has had this problem - did you solve it?

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of. I can't move User A's courses, so I suppose I will have to tell User B that they can't have a licence after all...
