Translated goodbye message in LMS

Is there a way to change the goodbye.html file so the message can appear globally for foreign languages? In the attached screenshot, I launched a Japanese version of the course, and the English message appeared. Is there a way to have this message appear translated into other languages automatically? My desired outcome is when the learner launches a course in a language other than English, this goodbye message appears in the selected language. I know I can change the LMS goodbye message in the Text Labels section of the Player for every foreign language course.  And I can change the message in the goodbye.html file but as shown in the screenshot, it still appears in English
