Translating XLIFFs: is Smartcat better than Trados?

Hi there,

I've been frustrated with the poor Rise segmentation when exporting courses as XLIFFs. It's a real time waster and defeats the purpose (almost) of CAT software! 

I saw that Smartcat claims to offer better segmentation of Rise XLIFFs.

Has anyone found this to be true? If so, what CAT software were you using before Smartcat?
