What is supposed to happen when using the delivered system "Restart Course" action trigger listed in the Trigger Wizard Project section? I am trying to find the specifications - what is included and...

This is an interesting question!
As Ron mentioned, the Restart course trigger will reset the course as if it's the first time the learner is taking it. When the learner completes the course, the data will be sent to your LMS. The completion status should be saved even if the customer decides to restart the course. If you have specific questions about your LMS, it would be helpful to learn which one you use.
