Trigger sidebar freezes - certain objects not in list
Often times the trigger sidebar freezes on a slide and so I am not able to update the triggers for the slide showing. Or, it updates, but the timeline objects don't update and so they can't be built. The only solution I have found is closing and reopening the file. Is there a reason for this or a way around restarting?

- Are you working and saving your Storyline project to your local hard drive? Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Do you notice any change if you import your slides into a new .story file while using our latest update of Storyline 360 (Update 103)?
- Is this happening with any other projects you're working on, or just this one?
As a first step, I recommend a repair of Storyline 360. Sometimes, a quick repair will fix some erratic behavior across project files.
If you're still experiencing this freezing after the repair, please share a screen recording of this behavior and your .story project file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look and continue troubleshooting.
