Trouble playing video and audio in Review 360
Hi everyone, my client was reviewing a course in Review 360; said course was built in Storyline 360. One problem is that a video, embedded from a Vimeo account, doesn´t play automatically even though is programmed to do so: the user must click the play button in the navigation bar (screenshot 1); the problem occurs in Review 360, because it doesn´t happen in ScormCloud.
My client also says that from a certain slide (screenshot 2), he cannot hear any audio. Again, the problem occurs only in Review, but in ScormCloud the course works fine.
Any clue of what is happening?

Review 360 as some (known) restrictions - Vimeo autoplay is one of them

- the iframe parameters to allow some features in cross domain environnement are missing

It looks complicated but I´ll explore.
What about the audio? Could be a similar issue?

did your client tested on scorm cloud?

He did. The missing audio seems a particular problem of my client. The audio works fine to other reviewers and in ScormCloud, but my client wants to check the course in Review to add comments. I´ll keep testing.
