Trouble with Storyline

Hi,

I am new to Storyline, and have worked through several problems on my own, but this one has me stumped. I was working on a module when it suddenly closed. When I try to re-open it, I get this message . (See attachment.)

Thanks,

Robin

  • Hi Robin,

Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!

I see that you opened a support case and connected with my teammate, Amlan. That was a great call! We can continue the conversation if there if you need further assistance.

If anyone is experiencing a similar error, please try the troubleshooting steps below, and let me know if you still need help!

    • Please try restarting your computer. If the project is locked by another computer service, restarting the computer should unlock it and allow you to continue working.
    • You'll want to make sure you're working on your local hard drive, (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
      • If your project files are currently on a network drive, copy them to your local hard drive. Then continue editing and publishing.

    I hope this helps!
