Trying to update image - Rise Labeled Graphic

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble uploading images to Labeled Graphic Blocks in Rise.
Testing this across multiple supported browsers, I'm not seeing any issues updating my Marker or Background images. From the screenshot you've shared, it looks like License.jpg was uploaded successfully. If you close out of the Content settings and click the Marker itself, does that image display for you?
If you're trying to update the background image itself, that option is found under Content > Edit.
However, if your images are failing to upload there, please try clearing your browser's cache.
