TTS StoryLine 360 Audio Issue
I recently lost the ability to hear the TTS audio I've inserted into my StoryLine 360 interactions. Can someone please advise me on what settings to look at? It is also not available when I publish to Review 360.
This includes using the PREVIEW VOICE option int he "Insert TTS" window as well as when I double-click on the existing audio element in my scene/slide.
Help!
I wonder if it is a hardware issue. Can you hear any other audio in Storyline?
Hi Ron, yes! It was a H/W issue - my bad. I don't know how to remove this inquiry but that must have happened when I was adjusting for my headset in an alternate office setting. I'm good now and thank you!
