Reviewers can mute or turn off email notifications. To do that, they need an Articulate ID, but they don't need to be members of any Articulate 360 subscription.

Is there a way for the content creator to remove, mute or turn off emailed comment notifications to all or certain reviewers?

As my teammate, Katie, shared, reviewers can mute or turn off email notifications. We have a feature request logged that will allow more options for authors to manage email notifications, and what is sent to their reviewers.
