Turning a slide in an e-book or longer reading pane

Hello, I sometimes have some longer reading texts in my course, often as an optional feature (you can read it, but do not have to).

 

I want to visualise this reading text in such a way that it feels to the reader as if they can scroll down to continue reading. 

 

I did this now by dividing the text over two slides and adding on the second slide a slide transition - push - From bottom. 

 

The text just doesn't move up evenly though, so it doesn't look reader-friendly. How do I manage to move the text in a steady manner/same speed?

 

And might there be a better/smarter way to create a reading effect?
