I'm the RISE course owner and I cannot view it in my collection of courses. My teammates/collaborators are able to view it. What actions need to be taken so that I can access the course? I need to make some updates - makes it difficult when you cannot access the course. Thanks.
Hi Debbie! I understand that you are the course owner, but you cannot access a particular course that you and your teammates are collaborating on.
Can you ask one of your collaborators to send the share link to you? Can you see name as the course author? Here's a screenshot for your reference:

My team member made a copy of the course. She added me as a collaborator (Course Manager). Finally she share the course link with me. Once I opened the course link it does not allow me to work on it and it does not show up on my dashboard.

Hi Debbie! Thanks for sharing the link to the course. Even if you were made Course Manager, you won't be able to edit the course from the course link. (I just asked for the course link to check if it is under your name. From the link you shared, it looks like the author is Emily Holt)
Please go to your Shared with me folder. You can edit it from there since you were now made Course Manager. Here's a screenshot for your reference:
