Unable to preview Rise course
I am only able to preview the first lesson in my Rise course after clicking the Start Course button. When I click through the course map in the left nav, I get blank pages. When I click a lesson from the course page, I can see it, but then I have the same issue and can't see other lessons from the left nav or if I am continuing in the lesson.
I sent a review link to colleague, and she has the same issue. This happens in both Chrome and Edge. I've cleared my Chrome browser and restarted.

I am still having issues. I cleared my cache and rebooted. I am using Chrome. My Chrome is up to date (Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit))

Hi RebeccaWinnier,
I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already tried. I'm sorry to hear the issue persists.
I recommend trying to access Rise 360 in an Incognito window so we can rule out whether browser extensions are causing the issue.
If the problem persists, let me know, and I'd be more than happy to assist you further. If you want more targeted help, you can also connect with us privately in a support case.

Hi, I seem to be still having the issue after refreshing my browser (I've tried this on both Chrome and Edge). Thanks.

Hi! In case it helps, I had to publish a new version to get them to load, rather than a simple refresh of the browser, but it worked after that.

I just tried a different laptop, same issue with all my courses, even in a different customer account.

I'm having the same issue. They load on earlier published versions but not what I've published today. It's a little reassuring to know I am not the only one.

I am also currently having the same issue.

Just submitted a case for this as I have to get a course out to stakeholders ASAP. :( Let me know if anyone has found a way around this issue. I also tried exporting to web, still can't see anything past lesson 1.

I am also having this issue. If I use a bookmark to start over/reload the training from the beginning, I can use the menu to jump to one page, and I can see the words/graphics (on that page only). Using the continue button or the menu to move on to another page returns a blank page with only the title.

Same issue here. Has anyone from Articulate responded? There should really be a ticket system for issues like this.

Works now. Thank you!
