Hi, I seem to be still having the issue after refreshing my browser (I've tried this on both Chrome and Edge). Thanks.

Hi! In case it helps, I had to publish a new version to get them to load, rather than a simple refresh of the browser, but it worked after that.

Thanks for the suggestion Megan. Republishing worked for me!

Hello Yifang,
Sorry to hear you're still running into this snag. I agree with MeganBerna. To apply the fix, you may need to republish Rise courses that have already been published. If the issue persists, you can try the troubleshooting steps below.
- Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.
- Use Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem.
- Use a different browser; ensure your browser has the latest updates and JavaScript is enabled.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi EricSantos
I've tried all the above, I'm able to load the courses in preview, but after republishing them and uploading them onto the LMS, it still doesn't load for me.- EricSantos2 months agoStaff
Hello Yifang,
I appreciate you applying the suggested troubleshooting steps. I went ahead and opened a support case on your behalf. You're in good hands working with one of our Customer Support Engineers, who can look at your Rise course if needed.
Please expect an email from them shortly. In the meantime, I recommend testing your course on a different LMS, such as SCORM Cloud, to rule out a problem with the LMS.
