Unable to preview Rise course

Sorry about the trouble with Rise 360. Our product team has applied a fix for the issue, and after refreshing your browser page, everything should be back to normal.

I am still having issues. I cleared my cache and rebooted. I am using Chrome. My Chrome is up to date (Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit))

I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already tried. I'm sorry to hear the issue persists.
I recommend trying to access Rise 360 in an Incognito window so we can rule out whether browser extensions are causing the issue.
