I am still having issues. I cleared my cache and rebooted. I am using Chrome. My Chrome is up to date (Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit))

Hi RebeccaWinnier,
I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already tried. I'm sorry to hear the issue persists.
I recommend trying to access Rise 360 in an Incognito window so we can rule out whether browser extensions are causing the issue.
If the problem persists, let me know, and I'd be more than happy to assist you further. If you want more targeted help, you can also connect with us privately in a support case.

Thanks Eric - someone else suggested republishing. That worked for me. I can see all now :)

Hi, I seem to be still having the issue after refreshing my browser (I've tried this on both Chrome and Edge). Thanks.

Hi! In case it helps, I had to publish a new version to get them to load, rather than a simple refresh of the browser, but it worked after that.

Thanks for the suggestion Megan. Republishing worked for me!

Hello Yifang,
Sorry to hear you're still running into this snag. I agree with MeganBerna. To apply the fix, you may need to republish Rise courses that have already been published. If the issue persists, you can try the troubleshooting steps below.
- Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.
- Use Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem.
- Use a different browser; ensure your browser has the latest updates and JavaScript is enabled.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi EricSantos
I've tried all the above, I'm able to load the courses in preview, but after republishing them and uploading them onto the LMS, it still doesn't load for me.
