Unable to get rid of padding and set background color to "none" on Storyline Block
The Storyline Block in Rise has a peculiar behaviour. Looks like bugs.
There seems to be no way to set the background or canvas color to "none":

If the storyline block is a non-standard size, say 1000px wide by 100px high, the padding is pronounced and quite annoying. With top and bottom padding set to 0, there is still quite a bit of padding. It's on my quite long list of gripes about the internal inconsistencies of Rise.
In my experience, this simple fix could take years.
