Unable to insert Illuminate & Vibrance Templates from Content Library in StoryLine

As my teammate Darrell mentioned to you through the case, while you have access to all the features of Storyline and the ability to download all photos, illustrations, icons, and videos in the Content Library during the trial, you will be limited to a few characters and one template before you subscribe.

I have paid service but still unable to download vibrant templates.

Thanks for reaching out!
Your subscription is active, so you should have access to all templates, including the Vibrance template. I just ran a quick test and downloaded this template without any issues. Here's a quick Peek to show you what I did.
In the meantime, I have a few questions for you.
- Does the content load when you select Slides on the top ribbon, then Content Libary, and search for Vibrance?
- If not, are you seeing an error message, or are any buttons grayed out?
If you create a new file and the issues persist, I recommend trying a Storyline repair, which typically resolves unexpected behavior. If you're comfortable sharing a screen recording here or privately in a support case, that will help us better understand the issue!
