Unable to open a specific lesson, leads to blank frozen screen
When I try to open the first lesson in my rise, it freezes and leads to a blank screen.
Sometimes, I get a "something went wrong" message instead of the blank screen.
When I duplicated the lesson, It was the same AND I was unable to delete the lesson. It freezes on "processing" when I try.
I have cleared cache and tried alternative browsers with the same problem.
I have duplicated the entire lesson with the same problem.

Hi @AndrewSalavarri,
We're currently experiencing an issue in Rise 360 that causes a “Something went wrong” error for users when opening a lesson or editing a course. We are investigating the behavior and working on restoring the service to full functionality and we'll let you know once the incident is resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hi @AndrewSalavarri,
I'm glad to share that this incident has been fixed. You should now be able to open and edit your Rise 360 courses normally. Please feel free to open a case with our support team here if you're still experiencing behavior related to the incident.- AS_USAHSCommunity Member
Hello JoseTansengco
One lingering issue is I'm still unable to delete a lesson. It gets stuck on "Processing"
Thanks for clearing up the other issue! I'm able to see the lesson now. Thanks,
Andrew
Hello @AndrewSalavarri,
If you're unable to delete a specific lesson in a particular course, chances are there's something in the lesson that's preventing it from being deleted, like a corrupted element. One workaround is to import all the lessons you want to keep to a new course, leaving only the lesson that's set to be deleted. You can also open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course to check what the issue is.
