Unable to publish a Storyline project Source

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the issue you are experiencing and for sharing a .story file so that I could take a look.
I encountered an error when publishing your entire project as well, so I took a moment to dig into the project to see where the issue was coming from. Here are the steps that I took:
- Can you preview the entire project? No.
- Can you preview each scene? No. There is only one scene in this project.
- Can you preview each slide? Unfortunately, slide 31 is not previewing.
- On any specific slides that will not publish, hide objects until you can locate the culprit. Scrolling panel on Slide 31:
I'd recommend removing and recreating this item on Slide 31, and you should not run into a publishing error.
